381.660 Condemnation for underground water pipes. When the owner or lessee of a salt, or other well or spring, or stream or body of water, desires to convey the water therefrom to a point more convenient by means of pipes underground, he may, if necessary, condemn the use of so much land of another as is needed for the purpose.
