381.789 Access to owners' lots by agents of association -- Responsibility for damage. Upon reasonable notice, an owner shall permit agents or employees of the association access to the owner's lot for the purpose of fulfilling the association's dutie s and obligations. Any damage to the common areas, lots, or residential dwellings due to the granted access is the responsibility of the association or its agent.
