381.905 Interpretation of KRS 381.805 to 381.910. The provisions of KRS 381.805 to 381.910 shall be in addition to and supplemental to all other provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, provided that wherever the application of the provisions of KRS 381.805 to 381.910 conflict with the application of such other provisions, KRS 381.805 to 381.910 shall prevail.
