382.160 Certificate of acknowledgment or proof of deed. (1) Where the acknowledgment of a deed is taken by an officer of this state or by an officer residing out of this state, he may simply certify that it was acknowledged before him, and when it was done. (2) Where a deed is proved by persons other than the subs cribing witnesses, the officer shall state the name and residence of each person in his certificate.
