385.102 Single custodianship. A transfer may be made only for one (1) minor, and only one (1) person may be the custodian. All custodial property held under KRS 385.032 to 385.222 by the same custodian for the benefit of the same minor constitutes a single custodianship. Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky.
