§ 386a-6-050

386A.6 -050 Redemption of beneficial interest. On the terms set forth in the governing instrument, a statutory trust may acquire, by purchase, redemption, or otherwise, any beneficial interest in the trust, including a beneficial interest associated with a series thereof.
