387.135 Powers and duties of limited guardian. (1) A limited guardian shall have the powers and duties specified in KRS 387.065(1) to (3). (2) A limited guardian shall apply any property of the ward made available by the ward's conservator for the current support, care, and education of the ward. (3) Any e xcess property of the ward which is not required for the ward's current needs shall be paid by the limited guardian to the ward's conservator.
