393A.030 Administrative regulations. The administrator may promulgate administrative regulations under KRS Chapter 13A to implement and administer this chapter. In promulgating the administrative regulations, the administrator shall use the most cost -effective methods available for the submis sion of reports to the administrator and the notice and advertisement of property transferred to the administrator.
