394.170 Propounder of will may have interested parties summoned. A person offering or intending to offer to a District Court a will for probate may obtain from the clerk of the court process directed to the proper officer of any county, requiring him to summon any person interested in the probate to appear and show caus e why the will should not be admitted to record.
