405.480 Order to withhold -- Service -- Contents. (Effective July 1, 2025) (1) An order to withhold and deliver shall be personally served or mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, on the person in possession or control of the pro perty and the obligor. (2) The order shall state the basis for and the amount of the support debt and that the obligor may offer a bond satisfactory to the Office of the Attorney General to avoid losing possession of the property.
