417.140 Fees and expenses of arbitration. Unless otherwise provided in the agreement to arbitrate, the arbitrators' expenses, fees and other expenses incurred in the conduct of the arbitration shall be paid as provided in the award. Attorneys' fees shall not be awarded unless a provision therefor is contained in the written agreement submitted to arbitration. Effective: July 13, 1984 History: Created 1984 Ky.
