434.441 Definitions for KRS 434.441 and 434.442. As used in this section and KRS 434.442, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) 'Educational institutions' means those schools providing postsecondary education including technical, community and junior colleges, and colleges and universities; (2) 'Gov ernmental agency' means any agency of the state or local government; and (3) 'Secondary school' means a school with grades nine (9) through twelve (12).
