434.720 Construction of KRS 434.550 to 434.730. KRS 434.550 to 434.730 shall not be construed to preclude the applicability of any other provision of the criminal law of this Commonwealth which presently applies or may in the future apply to any transaction which violates KRS 434.550 to 434.730, unless such provision is inconsistent with the terms of KRS 434.550 to 434.730.
