438.340 Authority for administrative regulations. The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and the Department of Agriculture are authorized to promulgate administrative regulations pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A as necessary to implement and carry out the provisions of KRS 438.305 to 438.340.
