Formerly codified as KRS 200.045, 205.045, and 207.085. Note: 1948 Ky. Acts ch. 236 created three new sections of the statutes, reading exactly the same, to be numbered KRS 200.045, 205.045, and 207.085. These three sections were consolidat ed into one, and codified as KRS 45.235, effective 1948.
