45.45 5 Transmission of authorization for payment to Finance and Administration Cabinet. A purchasing agency shall transmit authorization for payment documentation to the Finance and Administration Cabinet within ten (10) working days of receipt of goods or services or the vendor's invoice by the purchasing agency.
