453.170 Court of Appeals or Supreme Court -- Costs on reversal of judgment by. On a reversal of a judgment in the Court of Appeals or Supreme Court, the appellant shall recover of the appellee such costs as the Court of Appeals or Supreme Court, in its discretion, awards.
