45A.7 00 Certain personal service contracts in aggregate amounts of $10,000 or less exempt from routine review -- Memoranda of agreement and price contracts of $50,000 or less exempt from routine review -- Review requirement for amendments. (1) Personal servic e contracts in aggregate amounts of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or less during any one (1) fiscal year shall be exempt from routine review by the committee and shall be filed with the committee not more than thirty (30) days after their effective date f or informational purposes only. The committee shall examine all personal service contracts in aggregate amounts of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or less submitted more than thirty (30) days after the effective date.
