45A.8 07 Deadline for promulgation of certain administrative regulations by Finance and Administration Cabinet and Transportation Cabinet. By January 1, 1995: (1) The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations to implement i ts procurement of architectural and engineering services pursuant to KRS 45A.800 to 45A.835; and (2) The Transportation Cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations to implement its procurement of engineering services pursuant to KRS 45A.800 to 45A. 835.
