48.31 6 Temporary suspension or modification of statutory provisions due to conflict with provisions of budget bill. To the extent that the provisions of a budget bill are in conflict with any provisions of KRS Chapters 12, 42, 56, 152, 177, or 341, the provis ions of those chapters are hereby suspended or modified.
