61.100 Dueling disqualifies person to hold office. Any person convicted of sending, accepting or knowingly carrying a challenge, for the purpose described in KRS 437.030, shall forfeit any office of honor or profit held by him at the time he committed the offense, or when convicted thereof, and shall there after be disqualified to hold any such office.
