61.35 0 Cemetery companies and burying grounds, penalty for failure to enforce laws relating to. Any civil or judicial officer in this state who fails or refuses to enforce any statute bearing upon cemetery companies or burying grounds shall be fined twenty -five dollars ($25) for each failure or refusal.
