61.400 Suspension or removal of judge. If any judge of the Court of Justice fails to perform the duties of his office, the Chief Justice shall notify the Judicial Retirement and Removal Commission of the judge's failure, unless in his opinion the disability is temporary. Whenever the Judicial Retirement and Removal Commission suspends or removes a judge of the Court of Justice without pay, it shall send a certified copy of its order to the Finance and Administration Cabinet and that cabinet shall carry out the order of the commission.
