61.490 Rules and regulations. The state agency shall make and publish such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of KRS 61.410 to 61.500, as it finds necessary or appropriate to the efficient administration of the functions with which it is charged under KRS 61.41 0 to 61.500.
