61.569 Reinstated employee -- Contributions on creditable compensation. (1) (a) The employer of a reinstated employee who has been ordered reinstated by the Personnel Board under authority of KRS 18A.095 or by court order or by order of the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights shall deduct from the employee's reinstated creditable compensation and remit to the system the member contribution the employee would have paid on the creditable compensation the employee would have earned as defined under KRS 18A.105 had the employee not been dismissed. (b) The employer shall pay the employer contributions as defined under KRS 18A.105 on the member's creditable compensation. (2) No service credit shall be allowed for any time that the member and employer contrib utions are not paid. Effective: July 15, 2024 History: Amended 2024 Ky.
