Acts ch. 118, sec. 2, effective July 1, 2006. -- Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 423, sec. 57, effective July 1, 1987. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). Under 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 118, sec. 3, this statute is repealed 'upon the legislative enactment of the compact into law by no less than thirty -five (35) states or upon July 1, 2006, whichever is later.'
