62.030 Oath of fiduciaries. Every person, before entering on the duty of executor, administrator, guardian, curator or conservator of a person who is mentally disabled, or any other like trust or employment, in lieu of all other oaths not expressly required by law, shall take in subs tance the following oath or affirmation 'I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully perform the duties of .... according to law.' Acts ch. 396 was repealed by 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 146, also effective July 1, 1982.
