62.06 5 Individual not to be surety on more than one bond -- Nonapplicability of limitation to corporate sureties. Individual sureties on bonds required by law to be executed and given by an officer of any city or county as provided in subsection (1) of KRS 62 .060, shall not become surety on more than one (1) bond of any such officer at the same time.
