64.05 6 Manner of setting compensation of clerks of the Circuit Court -- Salary increases. Compensation of clerks of the Circuit Court shall be set in accordance with the judicial personnel system. The Chief Justice shall include anticipated salary increases f or clerks of the Circuit Court in the judicial branch budget recommendation. The increases may be limited by the General Assembly in the judicial branch budget bill. Effective: June 8, 2011 History: Amended 2011 Ky.
