640.1 10 Duty of Department of Juvenile Justice to transfer records to Department of Corrections. When a youthful offender is transferred to the Department of Corrections in accordance with this chapter, the Department of Juvenile Justice shall transfer a copy of all records relating to the youthful offender to the Department of Corrections.
