640.120 Administrative regulations. (1) The Department of Juvenile Justice may promulgate administrative regulations to implement the provisions of this chapter. (2) The Department of Corrections may promulgate administrative regulations to implement the provisions of this chapter. (3) The Kentu cky Parole Board may promulgate administrative regulations to implement the provisions of this chapter. (4) The agencies permitted to make administrative regulations under this section shall make administrative regulations which do not conflict. Effective: July 1, 1997 History: Amended 1996 Ky.
