65.015 Legislative intention to occupy field regarding provisions of KRS 336.130. The legislative body of any city, county, consolidated local government, urban-county government, charter county government, or unified local government shall not have the authority to adopt or enforce any ordinance, policy, or resolution that is in conflict with KRS 336.130.
