65.720 Construction of contract provisions. No provisions of KRS 65.710 shall be construed as to limit the power of any city or county to contract for services under requirements which are stricter than those listed in KRS 65.710 and 65.720, or to require insurance or bonding of contractors, provide d such provisions are not in conflict with the requirements of KRS 65.710 and 65.720.
