67.545 Amortization -- County ownership. When the county has paid rent sufficient to amortize the cost of erecting, acquiring, remodeling or improvement of the building and appurtenances and to maintain the building and pay the cost of insurance, the county buildings commission shall thereupon convey the premises to the county and shall transfer any balance remaining in the funds provided for in KRS 67.520, 67.525 and 67.530 to the account of the county.
