67.990 Penalties. (1) Any officer who willfully violates any of the provisions of KRS 67.020 is guilty of misfeasance in office, and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100). (2) Any officer who willfully violates any of the provisions of KRS 67.090(2) shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) for each offense.
