68.00 2 'County,' 'fiscal court,' and 'county judge/executive' defined to apply to charter county governments. As used in this chapter unless the context requires otherwise: (1) 'County' shall also mean a charter county government; (2) 'Fiscal court' shall als o mean the legislative body of a charter county government; and (3) 'County judge/executive' shall also mean the chief executive officer of a charter county government.
