69.240 Judgments in favor of the Commonwealth -- County attorney to collect. The county attorney shall investigate and inquire into the condition of all unsatisfied judgments in his county in favor of the Commonwealth. He shall take all necessary steps, by motion, action or otherwise to collect unsatisfied judgments and cause them to be paid into the State Treasury.
