72.435 Cost of transporting or exhuming a body. In the event it is necessary for the coroner to order a body to be transported or exhumed, payment shall be made by the fiscal court, consolidated local government, or urban - county government, whichever is appropriate, upon certification by the coroner tha t the services were rendered.
