74.410 Revenue bonds may be issued as provided in KRS 58.010 to 58.140. Water districts may, in addition to all other methods provided by law, acquire and develop water systems, systems for the distribution of natural, artificial, or mixed gas and sewage disposal systems through the issuance of revenue bonds under the terms an d provisions of KRS 58.010 to 58.140.
