75A.010 Definitions for chapter. For the purposes of this chapter: (1) 'Board' means the board of trustees of a consolidated emergency services board; (2) 'Chief' means a chief executive officer appointed by a board to manage the affairs of a consolidated emergency services district; (3) 'District' means a consolidated emerg ency services district, established in accordance with KRS 75A.020; and (4) 'Trustee' means a member of the board of trustees of a consolidated emergency services district.
