75A.040 Board -- Members' salaries -- Meetings, time and place -- All except executive meetings open to the public. (1) The board may fix the respective salaries of its members on a per meeting basis not to exceed twenty -five dollars ($25) per meetin g and not to exceed one (1) meeting per month. (2) The board shall meet at least once a month at a time and place designated by the board and all meetings, except executive meetings, shall be open to the public.
