77.010 Creation and boundaries of districts. (1) In each county of the Commonwealth there is hereby created an air pollution control district. (2) The boundaries of every air pollution control district shall be coextensive with the boundaries of the county within which it is situated. Effective: March 14 , 1952 History: Created 1952 Ky.
