79.100 Provisions of KRS 79.080 are supplemental. The provisions of KRS 79.080 shall be in addition to any other authority of cities, counties and their agencies to provide retirement and disability benefits for their employees, and shall not repeal or modify any acts except those that may be in conflict with KRS 79.080.
