79.140 Inclusion of other political subdivisions in contract. The governing body of any other political subdivision within the boundaries of the county, which may include the fiscal court, may, with the mutual consent of the governing body of each political subdivision constituting a party thereto, become a party to and beneficiary of a contract entered into under authority of KRS 79.110.
