80.400 Public hearing with regard to creation or area of regional authority. The governing body of a county shall not adopt any resolution authorized by KRS 80.320, 80.340, 80.350 or 80.360 with regard to a regional housing authority unless a public hearing has first been held. The clerk of that county shall give notice of the publ ic hearing by publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. Upon the date fixed for such public hearing an opportunity to be heard shall be granted to all residents of that county and to all other interested persons. History: Amended 1966 Ky.
