97.560 Oath of board members. Each person appointed to the board shall appear before the city clerk and make and subscribe to an oath that he will faithfully, diligently and to the best of his ability perform all the duties as member of the board; that he will not in any manner, direct ly or indirectly, be concerned in any contract, purchase, sale or emolument of any kind in connection with or growing out of any business of the board, or the providing, purchasing, managing or improving of any park or playground property. The oath shall b e filed in the office of the city clerk and shall be a public record. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
