97.570 Selection of officers -- Duties of officers. As soon as it is convenient, the members of the board shall meet and choose a president and a secretary from among its members, each to serve for a term of one (1) year, and annually thereafter a president and secretary shall be chosen. The duties of such officers shall be the usual duties incumbent upon such an office and such other duties as the board prescribes. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
