97.650 Powers of commission. The commission shall be a corporation and may: (1) Arrange for and supervise the maintenance of the grounds and structures of the memorial. (2) Exact from any of its officers or employees such surety or indemnity bonds for the appropriate performance of their respective duties as the commission deems prope r. (3) Establish and enforce reasonable rules and regulations for its own government, and for the supervision, protection, management and conduct of its work and the maintenance of the memorial structures, and for the cost thereof, which rules and regulati ons, to the extent they are not in conflict with law, shall have the force of law. (5) Sue and be sued in its corporate name, adopt a corporate seal and alter it at pleasure.
