99.440 Procedure for submitting question of bond issue. Upon the approval by the council of the development plan, the agency shall proceed to carry out the redevelopment. In the event that a bond issue is to be submitted by the community to the voters for the purpose of providing funds to pay for the cost of th e redevelopment project or any part thereof, the question of issuing bonds shall be submitted as required in KRS 66.040 and 91A.090, both inclusive.
