RS 11:1140 - Purchase of service credit; trustee-to-trustee transfer Payment for service credit under this Part shall be allowed by a trustee-to-trustee transfer of funds from an annuity under Section 403(b) or a plan under Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code to the system.
